Recruiters have instantaneous access to comprehensive, up to date information on engineering talent across the U.S., and if needed, around the world. The team exploits traditional sourcing tools (i.e. internet sites, career events, professional associations, colleges and universities, alumni associates, and print advertising) to isolate and subsequently forward to recruiters, "Active Candidate" information:

As a resource solely dedicated to this function, the team typically executes "Traditional Sourcing" processes within minutes of receiving a requirement, immediately forwarding electronic candidate documentation to assigned recruiters.

Eliminates the need for recruiters to spend valuable time on administrative tasks. Customer satisfaction is primarily based on our ability to quickly provide quality talent. We believe our recruiters can best contribute to meeting or exceeding customer expectations by focusing on one critical activity - direct communication with candidates.

Recruiters are assigned to critical requirements upon receipt of an incoming job order. The assigned recruiter immediately searches our candidate database for "Ready Candidates", individuals currently engaged in employment discussions. "Ready Candidates" have participated in one or more detailed interviews with our representatives and qualify as potential Direct Staff  employees. All facets of the recruiting process, leading to the presentation of a specific assignment/position have been covered with a "Ready Candidate". Once we have determined that a specific position fits a candidate's skills and background, recruiters need only to confirm our belief that we have a match - and they are "Ready to go!".
